Dr. Goettelmann formed her company – ACU Time Wellness, LLC – to meet the specific needs of the residents of Palm Beach Gardens and surrounding areas.  Dr. Goettelmann’s objective through ACU Time Wellness is to help the community develop progressive healthcare strategies and educate individual patients about the best and most effective ways to care for their bodies and their health using Eastern Medicine practices and natural integrative modalities.

Dr. Goettelmann is originally from La Habana, Cuba, and she is fluent in both English and Spanish.  Her early life in Cuba significantly influenced her decision to become an Eastern Medicine practitioner and acupuncturist. In particular, her mother’s experience as a medical professional in Cuba exposed Dr. Goettelmann to the vast opportunities for improvement with healthcare services in underprivileged areas.  Furthermore, Dr. Goettelmann’s own positive experience with Eastern Medicine practices in treating her childhood asthma and strengthening of her overall immune system also left a lasting impression that remains with her today.  This history, and Dr. Goettelmann’s unwavering passion for wanting to help all people, compelled her to pursue a career in Acupuncture and Eastern Medicine so that she could share the immense benefits and significant impact a well-designed treatment program can have on an individual’s health.
